Home?

Delaware. Home. I just returned from a trip back from Delaware-- just when I think I am homesick, a trip home is a reminder that I can't go home. Can't. Go. Home. There's nothing there. Desolate streets, empty bars, bored people. Trying to fill three full days there was a challenge. Will I ever move back? It doesn't seem fair that my home is not worth returning to. Just a never-ending landscape of stripmalls, oil refineries and TGIF Friday's. Dear God. How did I live there? Where is home now? Delaware? Philadelphia by proximity? Chicago?
