Accents

I was watching tv today, and noticed someone's accent. Either Philly, Delaware, or Maryland, I thought to myself. I looked the guy up on the Internet, sure enough-- he's a Delawarean.

I've been away from home long enough so that I now recognize Mid-Atlantic accents. Sometimes on the subway. Or on conference calls. Or on tv.

What I never used to notice now sticks out in a crowd. I just hope I don't take on the nasaly Chicago accent. Da Bears, indeed.
